Terms & Conditions

ORDERS:

Please provide notice of all special dietary needs. Blissful Boards Company, LLC does not accept responsibility for the consequences for failure to do so. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS:

All cancellations and modifications for orders must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering or upon receipt of invoice.

 

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit payment is required at the time of invoicing for large orders with the remaining balance due 7 days before the date of the event. Deposits are 100% refundable if written notice of cancellation is received by Blissful Boards Company, LLC within 7 days prior to the event. 

 

DELIVERY

An onsite contact person must be present to receive delivery during the scheduled delivery window. Please ensure the desired delivery location is safe and accessible. Blissful Boards Company, LLC will make all practical efforts to ensure the delivery is made to the desired location within the agreed upon time frame. An additional fee may be applied for any deliveries made within extended delivery areas.
